A heart grows in Israel.

While I was in Israel, I felt my heart expand. Not in a scary, “OMG, am I gonna die?” sort of way. But in a, “Oh… now I understand how the Grinch felt when his heart grew five sizes.” And not that I’m saying I was a Grinch and I don’t think mine was three sizes too small, just that any heart

can grow. That travel, relaxation, and silly laughter can be fertilizer. Some day, I suppose, I’ll figure out just how to show happiness when I’m happy.

Vague, vague, vague.

For a few stories attached to photos, you can check out my set on Flickr of Favorite Israel Photos. Mostly it was the moment surrounding the photo and not the photo itself that made it a favorite.
