While I was in Israel, I felt my heart expand. Not in a scary, “OMG, am I gonna die?” sort of way. But in a, “Oh… now I understand how the Grinch felt when his heart grew five sizes.” And not that I’m saying I was a Grinch and I don’t think mine was three sizes too small, just that any heart
can grow. That travel, relaxation, and silly laughter can be fertilizer. Some day, I suppose, I’ll figure out just how to show happiness when I’m happy.
